GPU Crash only (event log) sometimes DMW crash or system32 related to Last windows update or gpu driver update

My desktop have some problem crashing gpu everytime i play games causing it to blackscreen disconnecting gpu

Specs
MSI  B450m mortar max
Ryzen 5 5600x
Hyperx 2x8gb 3200Mhz
Msi Rtx 2060 Super gaming X
Corsair CX750M bronze PSU
Nzxt kraken x53 AIO cooler

I've done all troubleshoot
OCCT: Vram 10mins, 3d standard 10mins, Power 10mins, CPU and GPU 10mins 
UnEngine Heaven 30mins no problem
Cenibenchmark passed

Its looks like all of my HARDWARE is fine goods
I think there some error in my SYSTEM32 or DRIVERS this happened to me last week
