Edit: On topic, 200 MHz extra is quite good.

Mineral oil and 40 kg aluminium heat sinks are a perfect combination: 73 cores and a Titan X, Twenty Thousand Leagues Under the Oil

awesome...

It looks really awesome and solid. I like such cards that are like 3 slot design, they just look great.

I was going to say something as there are almost always triple a lot designs. Zotac has there amp extreme which Is technically dual but it takes up 3 slots.

What overclockers are doing is going by the amount if actual PCI brackets that the card is using. In this case it's two.

Though I cannot confirm it, I'm pretty that the motherboard is orientated horizontally., thus there wouldn't be any sag. Though be that, I don't exactly understand what I think is the GPU's PCB in that situation is encased in wood and that heat sink stack just looks like its sitting on the wood for no reason. Don't really know what is going on in that picture but for what I think I do its funny xD

It's got a 1417 base clock - a pretty good improvement over the 1247 of the stock 64 air cooled.

And wow is it huge.. 

It's got three fans cooling a giant aluminium heatsink, and it 's (reported to be, this is likely inaccurate) 283mm wide, 40mm tall and 130mm deep.  I assume the massive heatsink is to compensate for the ridiculous powerdraw of this card on top of the 200mhz overclock.

As for how many slots this thing will take up - it's unclear. Some reports state it's a 2.5 slot card, WCCFTech state it's a huge 3slot card, however the specs on Overclockers.co.uk state it's only a two slot card - which I find improbable at best.

Listent to the video, those were pre-production cards and the release cards will have the paste properly applied.

Read my comment, their solution was to apply more paste, Steve said it in the video and showed a photo Powercolor sent to GN. No changes to the heatsink.

Don't make these kind of assumptions too fast.
