But yeah, that a lot of tabs, never understood why people do that.  I usually only at max do four to five tabs.  Most of the time I only have two to three tabs.  My main rig has 32GB of RAM, but crap wasting that RAM for a browser.

 

Only exception is on my tablets and phone which I tend to do up to ten tabs as most of the the tabs are on Cisco switch/router commands, Windows Server troubleshooting, etc. when at Guard weekend or on orders.  Right now though, no phones allowed where I am at, so I print out a lot of troubleshooting guides to have on hand instead.

RAM Discs, virtual servers/OS, and, depending on BOINC projects, certain BOINC tasks can eat up some good chunk of RAM too.  My favorite combo is to make a RAM disc, load a virtual server onto it, and have some very nice speeds to my client machines.  Was the way I use to host Minecraft, Terraria, and L4D2 servers when I had cable internet.

 

Plus, something goes wrong, blow out the RAM disc, reload a good image right back in.
