Now this video got a lot of hatred from Jayz's fanboys because how dare they say anything bad about what Jay does. And to be honest, I don't understand why.

They never used any bad words, they didn't insult Jay or his fans. All they did was point out something that Jay did wrong. That's it. And they explained why it's wrong and how it should be.

So what do you guys think? Was the hatred justified or fanboys will be fanboys?

Oh they also did a video of Linus's stupid homemade water cooler for less than 50$ that ended up costing more than 50$.

I really don't care about personal rantings, I'm no fan of Jayz videos but ever so often I still check it out, nothing wrong in my opinion, but buy an internet war because of it seems like there's plenty of people with nothing better to do.

But I generally don't like 'reaction videos', I would rather have 'reply videos', in which they maybe show a couple of snippets of the original video and explain their view on the video.

I'm fifteen minutes in and so far they have only one valid criticism -- Jay said if you suck from the bottom then you may end up sucking in exhaust, which would be hotter than the air inside the case.

They literally say "fuck you" in the first 45 seconds.

 

As for the rest of the video, I can't bother watching 28 minutes of two people pausing a 7 minute video I already watched to either agree with Jay or nitpick for insignificant mistakes - at least that's all I've seen by skimming through it. If you can point out a specific timestamp where you think they bring up something worth saying or point out a really bad mistake I'll gladly watch that part and comment.

 

The video would probably have been much better if they watched the video, found something they thought was a big mistake, then made a 5-6 minute video explaining where Jay is wrong (hypothetically). This just looks like they didn't know what to do with their channel and decided to recycle other channels' content by reuploading them and pausing often so it looks like they have something to add.

I don't bother watching that. But in general, reaction videos have their place. They just need actually people who have opinions and have actual content besides reactions. I have watched like 3 videos of people reacting to some others than their own videos. And trust me, watching self-critique is 100x more entertaining.

 

Quick look on thumbnails says quite a bit. Looks like watching LTT latest videos. Clicky-baity stuff. Without watching actual content I can't say if they are actually good tech youtubers, or just cheap wannabes.
