No offence but few of those internet guides are actually good builds. Going with a nice air cooler will save you money while providing basically the same performance. AIO's just look nice

Google the specs for your CPU, and for the two coolers, then you will be able to answer your own question. But since your following that guide to the smallest detail and don't want to deviate then why even switch to an i7? Probably, should just get an i5 so it'll be exactly what the guide tells you. Therefore no questions will need to be asked. Good luck...
