What's the best GPU I can get for 50$?

PSUGuru

Hello everyone. My best friend has a tree trunk of a PC. Since neither of us can spare 250-300$ to build him a new one, I decided that for his birthday I'll gift him a 50$ graphics card.

His specs are as follows:

CPU: AMD E-450 with HD 6320

Memory: 8gb of DDR3 1333Mhz RAM

Storage: 500gb 5400 RPM HDD.

Unknown PSU wattage.

Something like a GT-710 would help him immensely. But I would like to know the best 50$ GPU.

And don't suggest getting a new PC. I know, he knows it's complete. It will be replaced, but not for a few monthes.

i'd rather you put that towards saving up for a better system all together, that CPU is an 18 watt piece of junk that's 6 years old, even a GT710 will neck so hard on that xD

EDIT: i found something that's notably slower than my €70 J1900 :D

http://cpu.userbenchmark.com/Compare/Intel-Celeron-J1900-vs-AMD-E-450-APU/m10898vsm2189

EDIT EDIT: should clarify, that J1900's absolute best it can do is 43FPS in rocket league.

If you feel the need to still do something to that thing look into a 128gb ssd or smthing for windows.....

Atleast make it alittle more snappy, and you can use the SSD once you build a new rig.

i am pretty sure that there are sites where people around you have listed some used cards. Here i saw people selling gtx 680s for 50€ which i an awesome price even if its heavily used. You only might have to reapply thermal paste and clean off the dust

It's a HD 6320. Not an HD 520. And an RX 460 would be a waste of money as it will bottleneck very hard.

A GT 730 may even bottleneck.

You could get a used gtx 750 or 750 ti off ebay for about $50. Then when he builds a better system he can still use it.
