Computer booting but no display found

Hi all, new here. Hope you can help.

Yesterday I came home and woke my pc up from sleep and noticed it wasn't displaying a picture. I rebooted and still had the same issue. The pc itself is still functioning and boots as even though I can't see a picture, I know it's booting to the log in screen as it lets me enter my password and my mouse, cpu cooler and ram all sync their colours as they always do after logging in.

So far I have tried a different HDMI cable but still had the issue and tried a different port on the monitor but still the same.

As mentioned it's important to note the pc works fine but won't give a display. The monitor has been tested too.

My specs are

Gigabyte x570i mobo

Kingston hyperx fury 2x8gb ram

Ryzen 5 3600

MSI RTX 2080 Super Ventus XS OC

Corsair SF750 PSU

Thank you in advance for help.

Maybe it's a monitor issue? Try remove power cable from monitor and after hold down its power button for 5/10 seconds, then plug in cable again and see if turns on

Since you've tested the cable and your monitor the next step would be to test the gpu.

Do you have another monitor, or TV to test your pc on?

Do you have another pc or perhaps borrow someone's else pc to test the gpu with?

I have tested the system on the TV and it did the same thing. I am wondering if the HDMI port on the GPU is faulty. I have purchased a displayport to HDMI cable to see if that works. It should be here later today.

I plugged in the original HDMI and this time it worked as it should. I did notice I had a minidump file though, I'll attach it to this post.
