It's pretty much a chip off eBay that's not supposed to be sold.....

Cranking up the BCLK more than 171 makes my computer freeze at the bios screen or get into a boot loop.

Currently, the voltage is set to 1.27 and base clock around 166.something (Stable, ran AIDA64 for 3 hours)  I don't want to crank it up anymore, as I like my temps right now idling at 41c~ and max around 67c

I'm using hwbot after burner.  Let's me do core +100 mem +50 and Aux +50 but only 114% power.  David is modding the bios for me as he is much much better at nvidia bios than I am.  I can only do amd bios :P

So heres the score of a GTX 1070 and an i7 4790k, keep in mind that I had 3 other programs and 12 chrome tabs open in the background :)

 

CPU: i7 4790k
GPU: ASUS STRIX GTX 1070 (manual overclock)
Average FPS: 97.4
Score: 4077

first time i've ever used precision X. afterburner is still the best software for oc but this is a classy so i cant use ab and get a good oc or score. I am still using the stock LN2 bios limited to 1.21v and 130% power limit which is slow and as you can see i have plenty of temp headroom.

also i have another one which is slower so i might run them in sli one day. maybe ill run them along with the ref cards in 4 way as well.

Don't bother with Precision X OC for that card. 

 

Grab 5.3. UI is much nicer. And the Classy skin iirc xD

Then you'll need the classified controller. 

 

PX should let you at least 1.3V since you've a Classified.
