Ok, still tweaking the OC before running Valley, and GPU-Z doesn't work correctly when I take my 650ti past 100MHz, but so far its fully stable and reporting everything correctly to HW monitor+OC Guru:

It was going to stasbilise then exceed 64oC until I switched the fan controller to high. To date this is the best OC with this card by far-and only because I switched from afterburner to OC Guru (afterburner really doesn't like my graphics cards it seems).

Fiddled around with my OCs a little more. I should probably lower that CPU vcore voltage. Was playing around trying to get Cinebench stable and had to push a lot through to get there. Too bad once I did it was way too hot and thermal throttled.

 

GPUs: 1518mhz core, 2093mhz mem.

CPU: 4.902ghz

I noticed that when I was setting clocks in Afterburner I'd hit a wall at 1518 where the program wouldn't increase clocks past that point. Then, after upping the clocks multiple times, it would switch to 1531. Moving the core clock setting in Afterburner 1mhz less would then take the GPUs all the way back to 1518. And idea why this is happening. 1531 is only slightly unstable so I think I could get ~1525 if I could actually set it to that.

Probably the worst overclocking 680 I've ever seen core overclocking wise... Was boosting to 1188.9MHz in valley, but boost tables are weird and it doesn't with gpu-z... :|

Screenshot.

Had video card core clock OC'd to 1100Mhz (up from 1020), voltage to 85mV, Power Limit maxed. FPS Hard-capped to 59 FPS in the Crimson driver (I have a 60hz monitor, no point rendering something my Monitor can't display).

You should re-run with unlocked FPS to see what the card can actually do, there aren't many 390s on the board

Ouch, that looks like a hefty CPU bottleneck to me, way low for a 390

Thing is, FPS isn't that big of a thing for me. If its 30+ FPS, I'm fine. Truth be told, I've watched 120FPS stuff on my brother's PC and the smooth motion makes me nauseous. Anything higher than 60fps is moot anyways, since I only have a 60hz monitor, so I cap the framerate at 60 and call it a day. I can however play GTAV @ 50-60fps, I get solid 55-60 in ESO and Dragon Age Inquisition. All of this with everything cranked.

As long as you're hitting what you want then that's fine, it'll just be a shame to have a 390 lower than it should be. There's only a few games where I run more than 60fps and that's faster FPS games like Planetside 2 and CS:S where the response time is a big help

Been messing around with OCing the last few weeks and realized today - what is the point.  Card crushes everything I throw at it and if I want ultra @ 4k 144Hz I need to spend another $600 for SLI 980 TI
