I'm so jealous of some of your guys' cards.... my 980 ti barely runs at 1530/1928 1.3 volts...     it's actually not even 100% stable, it crashes very rarely in witcher 3

Mine seems to act like all the other Maxwell cards I've owned,  doesn't seem to like volts much.  1550/2275 stable at 1.255v core and 1.7v or so on mem

Extra volts don't seem to help, 1560 won't run with 1.3+, but 1570 runs if gpu is cold like 20c under load

for me the extra voltage helps just a tiny amount, like 30 MHz more.

the thing i hate the most about my card is the memory, it starts artifacting at around 1950 MHz lol

GPU-Z is right.

Tell me about it..   I'm only 15 points from the highest score for a GTX 970.  But damn I have tried.

I bet you could squeeze just a hair more out of the CPU and GPU.  You're close enough to accidentally get it on a smooth run.  Good luck.

Keep in mind I'm still on air. With a bit of investment I can up my score a bit, and I still have a 1630 Core run to do (But I need setup for that)

Go for it, I need to work out how to overclock this intel cpu properly to beat you anyway. All my stuff is on water but the new driver released won't let me use the 1670mhz core clock I used to hit.

I set my best at 4.4 on all cores IIRC, either that or 4.6, so nothing astonishingly high. Most chips should hit that fine.

I would, but money is an issue, else I'd have a universal block from EK and some silly thick high FPI 120mm rad to make use of the fan I have

I just slapped in 1.26v and saw where the multiplier would go. For benching I'll go to 1.3v and 46x multiplier, just not comfortable with that voltage 24/7 even though it's safe

Will probably dial in 1.4v as my 24/7 and see what clock speed it can keep stable.

1.4 feels pretty high to me but you are on water. I found it best to start at 1.3v, increase the multiplier until instability, then more voltage. You'll know when you hit the wall, for me before I killed my chip the wall was 4.8GHz at a bit over 1.35v IIRC

Get to work! :D

Quiet down the front there :P        I'm on 3132

I have to wait till winter to try anything again. It's still way to warm here to give anything ago.
But I will try & see what happens. Need a day less than 20c to try anything. And that won't be for at least a few months.
I can get my 4690k stable at 4.9Ghz quiet easily with temps around 70c under 100% stress. Can't remember the voltage though.
Have to look into my saved profile in my bios to check. But I think it is around 1.330 - 1.350v.

Close, but those extra few points are bloody hard to get.
Good luck though :)  Also what card are you using? Can't say I have seen anywhere in a post what it is.
