i did not update the sheet, i have got help from @Masada02 :D

Thanks.  He let me know already right after he threatened me with a memory speed increase and called my processor a Pentium 4.

Toying with this GTX 980 (EVGA SC nvidia style cooler), bugger is at 76.4, but awfully unstable, but I am not sure how much I want to push voltage just yet, there has to be more to this card I say. Nice thing about these 980s is that they stay nice and cool at 52C with +120 core, +100mem atm not to bad ;).

Ok so I built a new system after my FX-9370 with single 980ti benchmark submission... previous score of only 3662

That 6700k has plenty of OC left in it.  It's looks like you've turned it up about 200 MHz.  Why not make a couple of runs at 4.8 to 5.0 GHz?  It'll help.

As it turns out, I'm helping Jumper with the updates. He's going through and confirming my additions as he has time. That's why you see blue highlighted areas right now.

Nice work on the spreadsheet!  It's a lot cleaner looking.

It doesn't seem to get super CPU intensive until you start getting over the 100 FPS mark a bit, then it seems like the CPU headroom can really help those FPS numbers soar.

That 3k was from a cpu and another 980ti though...

Also, running in 1440p and 4k will solve that problem. We need more of each anyway!

Lays I see you have some TridentZ memory.  I just picked up some G.Skill TridentZ for my x99.  Much better than any previous memory I've used on x99.  It was the first set to load XMP perfectly right out of the box.

TridentZ is fantastic looking, and my kit was the same, loaded the 3600 xmp profile no problem, although it set VCCIO/ system agent  a bit high, i toned em down and its fine

My kit is ass though, need to find a better binned one and sell mine in the future when I have spare money.

~3700 mhz 12-12-12-28 1T with tight timings on second/third timings needs literally like 1.95-2 volts, good kits can do 3866 12-12-12-28-1T at 1.8-1.95v.

The rain sections are the worst CPU wise, not sure what it is about the effect but it's really heavy. In a basic run at 4.4 on my i5 it'll be around 90-110fps with about 30% GPU usage at stock clocks.

You should do a Basic run and take the top spot, could have a nice lead.

Still a hell of a jump, considering a single 980Ti can hit a CPU bottleneck easy in this bench.

But really nice work on the spreadsheet, looks really good.

I'd be happy to get anywhere near 3700MHz, but that ain't happening on x99.  Luckily the quad channel keeps the bandwidth nice and high even at lower frequencies.

Did you test each stick individually to see which one is holding you back?  If you find one stellar one, you could pick up another set and find one good one there too.  Then sell off the scraps.  :D

Out of curiosity, have you run any memory benchmarks with AIDA64?

I also need to rerun it with my new CPU and get Jumper to replace my old 147 FPS score since I was using LOD lol.  He said I could use it, but it seems very unfair since nobody else used it besides a few guys with 580/480's.

Damn, that latency time is ridiculous compared to mine.  Nice!

I think I can get a slightly better score, but fine tuning stuff at 4000 12-12-12-28 2T is a bitch, especially since my kit already needs so many volts for it.

I still need to pull mine out and test each one individually in each slot to see which one does better in each slot.  Once I find them a home, I'll get to really tightening up timings, but I don't think many people with x99 get much higher than 3200MHz as it is.  Not that I'm complaining because the memory bandwidth is pretty damn awesome compared to what I've been used to.

I was scratching my head on this one until I reread your quote of TheElt.

What block are you using with your loop on the 6700k?

@TheElt I'll try and get 200 FPS in basic just for u :P  I'm going to go install win 7 64 bit on my second ssd partition, to see if I can crack that 200 FPS number.

Might DICE my 6700k again this weekend and run some firestrike, kind of bored and feel like doing some more subzero stuff, it's fun.

Oh man, if you manage to I'll be extremely impressed. I need to re-make my Win 7 partition, want to improve on my Basic score and try to beat my Extreme HD before I get bopped by watercooled cards
