Must be a good chip then. What voltage is it at? The highest gtx 780 score i've seen is 3730 with it at 1430/1972 xD.

Couldn't tell you. The voltage seems to vary depending on CPU usage with Asus' optimization. 

Speaking of voltage, I would really love it if afterburner would let me unlock the voltage on my 780. I'm sure I could squeeze another 100 points out of that benchmark if I could.

That seems to only let you expand an existing limit. My card won't let me turn up the voltage at all. It's completely locked.

Yep. As far as I can tell it does nothing. 

That is strange. Are you using the latest version of afterburner or the one that came on the disk with the card. Other than that i can't think of anything else that it could be.
