Ahh, Sheffield was my favourite place to go clubbing back in the day. Great city :)

Gatecrasher and the Dom Valley Bowl were like my second home.

This is getting way off topic now though, back to exploding Samsung devices.

even when i was a kid and there was 5 people in the house (parents me brother and sister) we had front loading like i said many times already thats just what we do in the UK even so a front loading washing machine can handle about up to 15kg of washing at once

I don't think I've ever seen a front loader that can handle a week's worth of darks from my family in one load. Whites or light colors maybe, but not darks.

Exeptionally bad if you forget your Samsung Phone in the machine.

I hear you can create a black hole with Samsung products. You take a Samsung washing machine, toss in a few sticks of Samsung RAM, a Note 7 (two if you want to create a super massive black hole), a Samsung, strap a Samsung monitor on the front, and finally slide in an NVMe SSD. Turn the washing machine on and throw it into the sun and BOOM! everything is gone.

Anyone who has a Samsung components in their PC, needs to have a hardline water cooling setup. When your samsung component goes up in smoke, the sprinkler nozzle attached to the pipes can spray coolant to your PC, protecting it from causing a fire. This works the same as the sprinkler system, in buildings.

The funny thing is, all Note 7s sold in Hong Kong (and China and Macau) were completely unaffected. Something about the battery provider being different. win!!!

hahaha who uses top loading washing machines really i mean who has that much washing to do in one go!

I've lived in different countries and discovered laundry washing differs by culture. In the US there tends to be larger loads done less frequently. This also factors in with other features of the local culture, in the US apartments and homes usually come WITH appliances.

Some places use smaller washers because the living space is limited ie Japan. In Australia I didn't feel cramped for space but apartments and homes don't come with appliances, hence smaller appliances are easier to move from home to home as you bring them with you.

http://www.ukwhitegoods.co.uk/appliance-industry-news/80-merloni/3590-exploding-indesit-washers-on-watchdog/

This isn't the first time that washing machines have "exploded" as this report about exploding front loading indesit washing machines states, and it wasn't just limited to indesit washing machines for which they summed up that cost in manufacturing cheaper washing machines means that they have to cut corners when it comes to quality.

It's funny that you say that, my front loading machine is older than myself and bar a single part replacement it's alive and kicking.
