Well if there was Mayhems pastel on there before I'd expect that because it's listed as super incompatible but that looks like it's just eating the tubeing...

There wasn't not to mention your required to your there SysPrep liquid before you can use it.

There's a bunch of hoops you need to jump through to get the coolant to work correctly in the system. Which includes certain speeds when filling the loop.

Are you surprised? There still particles inside the coolant which can easily get stuck in the blocks.

that seems pretty strange really, not the cleaning part, thats entirely understandable but needing a certain speed when filling the loop?...

I spent $2500 on building my PC and all i do with it is play no games atm & watch anime at 1080p(finally) watch YT and write essays...  nothing, it just sits there collecting dust...

It's due to the particles and air pockets the coolant can create. You need to avoid vortex's as well.

For anyone who is interested in that coolant I'd suggest reading the whole topic, some good advices and personal experiences with it. If someone is using for new system I wouldn't be overdramatic but caution is of course advised.

I have 3 bottles of sterling silver (haven't used yet) and none has the problem of the you showed so dunno about it.

Yes, I was surprised, since water cooling world is only known for me from the LTT or Jayz2cents videos. I didn't know that those particles will just stick to your res and block/lower the heat dissipation capabilities :o Well, now I know for sure thet my first custom water cooling loop, which I hope to build sometime next year, will run with clean distilled water :)I will miss the effect tho...

i do find it strange seeing as thats the first i have seen of it, because it was made to not wreck your shit like Mayhems Aurora does. Jay didnt have anything like that, but i wouldnt expect him too seeing as it was sent to him rather than bought. Hopefully its just one set of bad batches and they sort it out

Mayhems X1 and XT-1 Nuke are better choices.

Aurora was never designed to be used daily, It's show coolant. Aurora 3 is suppose to be able to use it daily, That coolant is still a good year away from being released.

It's not that bad, I think some just don't know what it's designed for and run it for months without changing it.

Different Brand (I couldn't use the one with the blue cap since it's cathode instead of anode for some strange reason). Most RGB controllers are Anode.

Paracord Heatshrinkless Fan cables, I have to wait to until I can dye the male connectors before I can connect them. It's currently 0 degrees outside, so I'm not going even try to dye the connectors.

After Some Testing I was finally able to get SL connectors inside the Housing. There a bit of a burn on the outside of the paracord, that's fine since this was only the testing cable. PET sleeving so far can't be done with SL Connectors or any other dupont connectors. Since the Sleeving OD is to large.

It's not perfect allot of it is hidden by the actual switch and the ring. It's not 100% round. Dremel and the correct tip does help allot. I wish Case-Labs would release all there new addons already. I really wanted to upgrade the front panel to the new inputs and do away with the reset switch it's kind of useless these days.

Case-Labs also has tempered glass now, Still waiting on that to be added to the store.

Grabbed a UPS last week. I wasn't sure if I needed one or not, I grabbed one anyways since I wanted to be safe then sorry. I had one PC fry due to power surge.

CP1500PFCLCD_F.jpg

A mini-tower UPS with line interactive topology, the CyberPower PFC Sinewave CP1500PFCLCD provides battery backup, power protection (using sine wave output), and surge protection for desktop computers, workstations, networking devices, and home entertainment systems requiring active PFC power source compatibility. The CP1500PFCLCD uses Automatic Voltage Regulation (AVR) to correct minor power fluctuations without switching to battery power, which extends battery life. AVR is essential in areas where power fluctuations occur frequently.

Two USB charge ports (1 Amp shared) power portable devices such as mobile phones, MP3 players, and cameras. The CP1500PFCLCD comes with a three-year warranty (including coverage of batteries) and a $500,000 Connected Equipment Guarantee.

Intel 900p:

It seems two other versions are heading to market soon in the capacity of 960GB & 1.5 TB.

Intel PDF File: http://qdms.intel.com/dm/i.aspx/AFF8D243-0AB6-4456-8612-317E0320EFA0/PCN115990-00.pdf

Not much is known including release date or price.

BP-PREMHT16-ABK6P--1024X768.jpg

Looks like Bitspower has released some new Fittings updating the design of there old fittings. They will be allot easier on the fingers now. There very similar to MonSoon system minus the glue and imperial system.

------

I Switched the Front Pannel Sleeving from PET-X to Paracord since I needed tighter bends and PET sleeving could not bend enough with heatshrink attached. Getting those harddrives cages and USB hubs installed have been a giant PIA. If it didn't take a month to get a new plate I would order a new one and re-do the cabling and mounting. I miss old Case-Labs where it only two a few days for any accessories to ship.

Cleaning up wiring on the backside as much as possible. I just have to many cables, will try to make it as clean as possible.
- All screws are 6-32 and the holes have been fully threaded for 6-32.

- There hasn't been allot of updates, I've been very tired of recently(I guess I was under the weather). Hopefully I can wrap everything up shortly.

- I decided to re-do some of dual fan ended cables (Which are linked to my Splitty9 devices to make it look cleaner from the front)

- Placed on last order from mouser (Needed more 22 AWG wire).

- One Last order from Mod-One (I don't have any left over sleeving long enough to reach).

- May place order with Case-Labs to get one item replaced.

- Trying to see if PPCS can get an item from WaterCool. Trying to avoid paying 30+ dollars in shipping.

- May add one more Standard HDD to my setup since I have spare Sata port.

------

- Re-Sleeved some of my Sata data cables with thinner sleeving (Went from Sata Sleeving to FP Sleeving). Which reduced the bulkiness and used darker Black Heatshrink.

Some Small Cable Management:

- USB 2.0 Cable are still annoying since they fall out to easily, First Up Fan Cables.

Dual Lighting setup:

---------

Screw chart just in-Case anyone needs it,  Wanted to double check to see if 6-32 would fit inside M3.5 hole. They are indeed the same:

Dyed the rest of my connectors:

As much as I love Molex, I hate there KK 2.54(Fan Terminals) reels (Mainly since I don't have proper cutter tool for cutting the terminals from the reel). You can buy them pre-cut but there more expensive that way. You can save about 10 dollars for every 100 terminals when just buying the reel version.

HhXsdZLl.jpg

---------

Single sleeved Fan Cable process. PET requires heatshrink where Paracord you can just burn the sleeving.

------

Heatshrink Brands:

wGMqGFJl.jpg?1

Panduit -> Molex -> MDPC-X.
- Molex has the thinnest walls possible
- Panduit has the blackest.
- Panduit is higher quality then MDPC-X
- MDPC-X has the best shrinking ratio (4:1) where Panduit and Molex has 2:1.

Wish these were available when I was buying my case fans. One few fans that you can daisy chain and works off RGB headers and controllers. The 140mm version are arriving in Q3 of this year. The frame is solid Aluminium.

Since no one was getting them in, If special ordered from ModMyMods it would take two months. I placed the order today, shame shipping is over 30 dollars.

Needed another strut for RGB. Since the other one is being used for UV. Also order RGB strip just in-case none of my RGB strips fit.

NZXT Motherboard, Very Basic and only has four Sata ports. It has built devices like GRID+ and HUE+. Not sure I would trust NZXT when it comes to my motherboard, I would still pick Asus or MSI.

I also think the word N7 is copyright by EA & BioWare.

Technically the OEM is ECS, which is not known for higher end gaming motherboards... Four SATA ports is terrible though. Not to mention the price tag of $250 (was at some point $300)

@CableMod Do you know what wire gauge is used on your Sata Cables? I'm trying to figure out what each brand AWG uses and go from there.
