I know, it costs nearly $4000. But at least it's fast.

Or the 850 Pro? That well that's in lieu of a 2TB HDD.

Indeed... SSD is sweet. I wouldn't even want a bigger one because then you need to clone that one as well.... as backup. 2 Tb is enough for an ssd.

Save room for the Titan P if you're going to just throw money into the wind.

i would get useful stuff and save the rest xD

in all seriousness, i'd probably get rid of my frankensteined monitor setup, get a little upgrade for my main rig / get a new server (probably gonna swap parts around even when an infinite amount of cash is applied) and get a TV that is not a potato.

there's a lot of stuff around the house that could use a serious upgrade before i actually start spending cash on stupid stuff :P

A really nice audio (XLR and mixer) setup along with a new set of peripherals would be awesome.

Maybe a 2nd 390X for crossfire?

Something like this.  Yeah the mouse and keyboard are pretty basic, but I'm not a big fan of most gaming mice.  I need exactly 5 buttons.  One on each side of the mouse, the standard two and the middle button of pressing down the wheel.  Ok really I could live without pressing the wheel, but I need the wheel.
Raid 0 on the SSDs and raid 1 on the HDDs.

There's something cool here - you just can't see it.

Multiply this by 1000.

Unit price: $570,730

Total price: $570,730,000

Being that awesome: Priceless

Reason why: This would almost be an exaflop machine. The Tesla's alone would put out a mindboggling ~856 petaflops of single precision awesomesauce. This is 10 times more powerful than the worlds current most powerful super computer.

Of course, this is assuming that by "money to throw around" you mean "If you were the richest person in the world..."

ENCRYPTION IS NOT A CRIME
