How is the fact that the HWiNFO64 shot clearly shows min and max frequencies combined with the fact that CineBench says "3.97GHz" not sufficient information lol? Its just as accurate as CPU-Z info or any other HW monitor or info screen... lol obviously CineBench wouldn't show 3.97 if it was running at some other frequency. If you look closely at CineBench I even did better than my 4.00GHz run just because 4.00GHz at that voltage was unstable and crashed at 27:45 during Prime95 testing.

Just follow the rules...

Main:  1650 v2   @ 4,6GHz   -   X79 Deluxe                -   GTX 1080 @ 2000MHz   -   24GB DDR3 @ 2400MHz / CL10

Side:   i7-4790K @ 4,5GHz   -   Maximus 7 Hero        -   GTX 1070 @ 2114MHz    -  16GB DDR3 @ 2666MHz / CL12

@DildorTheDecent @done12many2 @Jumper118 @Tam3n Boys, I'm looking for all unlocked 22nm Xeons which is known to clock high. I only know of e5-1650/60/80 v2. Are there any more than these?

not really the e5 16xx are the only unlocked xeons on x79.

That narrows down my search. There's no 1660/80s to be found at all in Norway, only 1650 v1s :(

Btw, what is a used 4930K worth today in the used market? Is it worth paying $210 for?

What about a used e5-1650 v1? Has had two owners. Is $90 a good or bad price?

Same as a 3930k with a better IMC. $90 is ok for that

Ugh, I spent like $65 on my 3930K, so maybe I should lowball him a little? :P

Btw, will the 1650 be as power hungry as my 3930K was? Will I hit thermal throttling at 1.44V like my 3930K, or?

Assume that since it's a Xeon it should be slightly better binned. So it shouldn't suck power like a monster.

Thermal throttling is probably down to your cooling solution more than anything tho.

Our Grace. The Feathered One. He shows us the way. His bob is majestic and shows us the path. Follow unto his guidance and His example. He knows the one true path. Our Saviour. Our Grace. Our Father Birb has taught us with His humble heart and gentle wing the way of the bob. Let us show Him our reverence and follow in His example. My 3930K throttled hard with anything above 1.44V, sadly. I'm just scared of buying a e5-1650 to find out I will hit thermal limits before chip OC limits, like I did with the 3930K. That's why I'm looking for a v2 pref.

Using an NH-D15 at max RPMs, open side panel and ambient at like 18c. Can't get a better situation on air.

You are hitting cooling limits on any cpu on air :P the 1650 is same as a 3930k, but some will run cooler and hotter just like any other cpu or gpu. Some are more leaky than others.
