the title of the product was wrong

well, I have someone who claims that I'll get 20 drives

Well, their live chat told me it is a mistake, and they are updating it as soon as possible. Might be they'll honor it for those who got chat help claiming the opposite.

I wouldn't, if only because we know it's a mistake, they'll most likely only send you one and it's not worth the hassle returning it.  But, with proof of technical support, you could probably push a manager into giving it to you if you're willing to make enough noise about it.

tbh i wish i could get this typo in the UK i don't have the space for 20 drives but i am sure i can find a way to use them all aha, because i needed some storage for a new nas i need

Actually, other capacities are listed in packs, with correct pricing. For instance here's a pack of 50 of the 500GB AV drives for $3380.99. There's also what appears to be a single 3TB Purple drive listed here for $2668.99, at the time of this post. Ultimately they've made a complete mess of listing these prices, and I hope anyone who purchased what appeared to be a bulk pack at the single drive price gets their purchase honoured in full.
