How much do you bench?

Don't know never hit a gym, all body weight exercises as i'm not made of money.

I however am way above average in push ups, tricep dips, sit ups.

I'm 6ft 180 LBS.

If you want to get bigger you have to do heavy stuff for fewer reps

If you want a bigger chest you're gonna need to isolate your chest more. Doing press ups is fine but its not gonna give you the chest you want.

Aren't you like 15?  Relax, you are still developing.  Weights are what you want, to sculpt and shit.

You cant just expect to lift high just because you can do press ups, you need to build stabilizing muscles to actually keep the bar straight and steady while doing the motion of a bench press.

I bench my bed with a Tube TV on it, no idea what weight that is, set's of 3 12 reps.

Yeah, do a stock benchmark of your strength while doing different exercises.  Then start overclocking slowly as you gain strength.

Then that's your problem, muscles don't get bigger unless they need to, you probably hit your limit, without additional weight you won't get bigger than that.

Although I'm no expert.

LOL

I'm sorry but today's bodybuilders are fucking freaks. That 5000 daily cal intake must suck!

From a pure aesthetics point of a view, the 70's bodybuilders are about as big as I'd want to get.
