Actually, the issue is such that random people might have access to your phone number, and everything that entails....yeah pretty damn fucking bad that it has that in fact.

Well even IF they get my password, I have my phone. So yea lol

 

Edit: Unless it somehow logs them into my account like people seem to suggest... WTF VOLVO?!?!? Glad I at least use steam prepaid cards!

Because its a caching issue, avoid using steam or steam services/websites/URLs (Source: SteamDB, Twitter) Also, you should DE-AUTHORISE steampowered payments on your paypal account (NOT ON STEAM!, on paypal.com!!) becuase it can be used to buy games (Source: PlayNation, German Website)

They were hacked, I'm 100% sure of it. It's a perfect strike if you think about, Valves security is so tight on Steam Accounts so getting info is way to hard, instead they attack the cache server and make it show everyone random information.

I mean, programs don't just 'go rouge' (except Neo and Agent Smith of course)

Guess I'll play some battlefront and hope for the best. Good thing I literally just opted into the mobile authenticator and such yesterday!

I wish I could but everyone is doing something else because it's Christmas... None of the servers have any players.

How do I unlink Paypal from steam?

If you have any pre-purchase approvals you should unlink them through PayPal's website. The key is to not touch or do anything with Steam itself.

Umm.. I used a steam gift card then purchased two games earlier... It logged me onto an account automatically, so I presumed it was my own as per usual. If I have bought someone two games I will be so annoyed.
