At that price point you're basically going to looking at any established name brand flashlight: Craftsman, Dewalt, Maglite, etc.

Doesn't have to be rechargable, batteries are fine.

Don't know what lumens is

Run time, Um.. We go camping like twice a month for like 7 months a year. So 14+ Hours maybe?

Throw Distance?

Lumens is how bright the light is, throw distance is how far the light is cast.

instead of buying crappy flashlight from a store you can get something pretty good under $50 from nitecore or fenix tactical

well then just look for an LED flashlight that looks good from the outside and has at least a few hundred lumens rating  :)

Ended up with one that is 430 lumens and 250m Distance

Get this, the Halcyon Focus.  I think it can be considered one of the brightest flashlights in the world.  This is what I use.
