HTC One M7. It's lovely, good construction and still plenty fast. I like the metal body much more than other high end ones, like Samsung's Galaxy Series.

Samsung Galaxy S5. It's actually quite good. The new lollipop update has improved the touch wiz. It's finger print sensor sucks though. It's IP certified and is overall good and also the S View cover suits it great as the dimpled back looks bad and the cover brings a leather feel.

Got the Galaxy S6 for the IP67 rating. I'm a military reservist and needed something that would survive the onslaught that is my life. Plus the over the top power saving mode is great for when your in the field for 2 weeks at a time.... 2 weeks.... on rations..... no showers..... phone is only access to porn..... god I hate my life some days. Mostly near the end of a long exercise or deployment.

Samsung Galaxy S5 mini

It's pretty solid. Good altertanative to the normal S5 if your thumbs suck and can't reach across the whole screen like mine.
