How was your pc building experience?

Ghost

I absolutely love building things in general but PC's are in the top 3

I hate building when I 'm actually building a pc (especially CPU coolers and cable management), but when I'm done it feels so good and satisfying :)

Yes. I usually end up zoning out for hours while I tinker.

Yes. I usually end up zoning out for hours while I tinker.

I do that, sometimes doing things over just so I can get it perfect

I normally spend like 80 years cable managing, especially when you get that one cable that wont fit so you have to remove everything you just did just because you didnt want it to show

Everything about building, choosing parts and cable management.. Plus tinkering once it's all done. It's all a huge passion for me that I want to turn into a business within the next year.

Unlike *some* people, I do not claim to be an expert computer guru.  When I make mistakes, I apologise and I own up to them.  Then, I continue to learn so that I may provide those in need with educated answers to the best of my ability.

I've only built one so far (and its not even done yet!) but sometimes i just take off the side panel and imagine all the things i could do with it if I had the money. So far, hell yes.

I generally enjoy it. It depends though. If I get to build a $5k build for myself, mod the hell out of it, in the privacy of my room without a shit on, I enjoy it a lot more than the average $200 AMD office machine  ;)

You must have a small class to do those presentations.  Our time is precious, and we have large classes that are 48 minutes.

Absolutely, it's a really fun thing to do and occupies you for a while. Plus, when you're done and it works, it just adds a cherry on top.

I  enjoy building  with the exception of rebuilding my desktop when I threw out my back picking up my new case at the time a define r4 that really was horrible ( turns out falling multiple times from bouldering really messes your back up).

Currently I dont like to tinkering with my tower as it means I have to pick it up (its by my desk on two crates up against the wall) and the cabling  from my gtx 760 is just awful, my power supply doesnt support a 6+2 pin so I had to use a two 6 pin to 8 pin and then a molex to 6 pin.

It's mainly the feeling after a tidy build that I'm addicted to.
