I seen you have a 290, you can use AMD's RAPTR recording software (the GeForce Experience from the red side), but it's quite buggy sometimes.

GameDVR is pretty good when it works. Otherwise xsplit is very good, too.

OBS requires a bit of a learning curve, but its phenomenal... Id say xsplit if you want a plug and play experience

I'd give just another program a try, at the very least, the allow for more customization.

i just tryed game dvr it reocrds at 80-90fps but play back its stutters and it poops on itself
