That's still a decent enough speed.  Better than what I used to have.

I can guarantee that they haven't kept close to 2 decade old bottles of sauces and are now using that stock, there is no way they could sell that stuff, they'd get sued when someone gets sick from drinking it.

It will be a small batch they are making.
