ddr5 long boot times and insterbiltys

Methinks your RAM is real crap if it don't post at advertised 6000CL32 and takes ages to train at 6000CL40, which is really slow, could you replace it by good'ol GSkill sticks ?

Or maybe try 5600CL32 or 36 which should be as fast if not faster overall than 6000CL40 ?

windows will blue screen on sencond boot and show visual glitches

What's "forever" for you ? On my Asus X670E board training takes 30-40sec at each boot too

To remove that delay you can enable "Restore Memory Context" option in BIOS, but that may lead to instability
