6'4" tall, 108kg(17stone 12lb) in weight. Pretty happy considering I was 18 stone 12 at Christmas. ^^

You must be underweight as I'm 6 foot and I'm at 186 pounds... though I do have muscle mass, I'm not thick built either I'm rather lean.

my body fat percentage is 3%. i'm actually gaining weight all the time.

That's actually a dangerously low figure... The human body needs around 5% to sustain it's self... but it does vary a bit as we are all differentypes.

I'm at 7% body fat though it's all on my belly as I don't have visible muscle there, everyone's body will store a certain amount of fat where it wants to.

lol i used to cycle well over 100 miles a week when i was lighter perfectly fine :)
