JT8101997

Random, but how exactly does one break said internet? Any ideas? because im talking about regular people or maybe a small group. not like more ubisoft or nvidia news or anything. it just kinda seems like everything's been done and i was just thinking about that... idk. Any ideas?

Just a normal guy with a constant desire to modify everything he owns.

The internet is so large it's near impossible to shut down the internet.

The only way I see the internet ever going down is if the whole world lost power.

Identify weaknesses in core services or networks.

Exploit those weaknesses.

As you learn more about computer networks you will reaslise that incredible effort is put into the redundancy and resilience of mission critical systems and services.

The internet = Various servers and networks connected together all over the globe.

How are you gonna break it? You can't.

Try destroying the root servers responsible for decoding .com/.net/.org/etc. "Cut the wires" (This seems very difficult to do).

Nuke = atomic bomb

Once one country launches a nuke, everyone will, and the world will probably end and so will the internet. That's the only way....

DDos is a popular way to break the internet, It uses mostly command lines or guis ( loic for example) over command line. It floods the ip of choice wth requests until the  ip is unusable. Hammers work as well

Break all the dns servers, websites will still be up, but you'd need their ip to access them

Nah he didn't but another actor in Wolf of Wall St got one, and the role wasn't even important at all
