I've stayed in my bed for 8 years eating junk food and cake daily and I'm only 5kg overweight for the first time ever.

Not that Im proud of that.

Oh ... Well I get up to wash, eat, and game, then sleep.

I'm now back to my cereal diet for a month or 2. Cereal, fruit, beans, veg, nuts. Nothing else except for at weekends.
