So, I just figured I'd throw this out here, to see what you all were planning for Star Citizen. Like what your early goals, mid goals, and end game goals are for the Persistent Universe. 

 

Mine are pretty simple. Acquire ships and fake ID's through less than legal means, turn around and sell them for a profit. It'll start small, and then I'll use my substantial wealth to create a mercenary front for my business.

"Freelance cargo transport captain". (Smuggler)

Maybe with some occational ship stealing on the side. 

Going to start out with a Freelancer. (Because it looks a bit like serenity)

But i'll hopefully move up to a Caterpillar (If i can outfit it with some guns) 

And then i hope to get my hands on an Idris-Class frigate or Javelin-Class destroyer

Really want this thing though

Invest in a manufacturing plant. Take profit and reinvest it in manufacturing. All this to support my military endeavors. :P

I haven't 100% decided, I will probably do various things and a main one would be smuggling. Mostly booze into systems that have bans on booze.

I was primary aiming for mercenary too (still gonna do it), but investing in manufacturing actually sounds like a good plan; Let other people do the dirty work. @isHypnophobic joint venture?  :D

Yea Investing seems like a good idea, and I had no clue it was possible! Now I found something to spend my money on!

Yeah, when the PU gets closer and when we get more details on player-owned production plants, we can definitely talk more about a join-venture. If it gets big enough, we can draft a board of Directors comprising of all the investors--of course, everyone on it gets a quarterly percentage cut of the profits depending on how big their share is.

 

But yeah, I am by no means part of the Trading group/branch of the UOLTT. I'm actually in the Military Branch. But yes, I'm open to joint ventures cuz money money money.

Sounds like a good idea. I'm not a trader either actually, I iust want a way to invest money my group makes.

Also money attract enemies which stops us from making even more money so we need to "convince" them that it is a bad idea to separate us from more money.
