I'd love to win a 5820k and get started on an enthusiast build, buy an x99 motherboard, and basically have an awesome rig. :)

Noticing that DDR4 and x99 motherboards are coming down in price and becoming more affordable. Why not upgrade?

I have an AMD rig, i would love to get rid of that and buy a new intel one with this procesor, this would help me alot to save somme money.

I would use it for my study, my old fx4100 @ 4.8 ghz just can't handle my Cad work :< mostly Archicad

I approve of this giveaway ;)

 

I'd probably do a load of high-OC benchmarks with it then put it in a X99 WIP rig and consider streaming next year if I move out for education.

I am gathering funds for a gaming rig as my Core2Duo 8-years-old PC just died due to power surge and unreliable and cheap USP / PSU combination.

With this i7 I could go straight to x99 for more future proof build.

I would love this cpu because I'm thinking of becoming a 3d animator or video editor professionally. So this core will definitely help out a lot

id go with X99 instead of Z97 for my future pc since the 450 i save for the cpu will contribute to the higher mobo and ram prize, no world peace or anything :P
