As a music producer, i find that as i become an increasingly more capable producer i tend to reach the processing limits of my old i5 3450 CPU. Hopefully i can do away with the i5 and have an awesome time producing with low CPU usage in the future. :) 

Also to play games.....Lots and lots of games

I would use it in my planned upgrades to my computer. It would be coming to uni with me and living and working as a sort of studio PC running Reaper. Of course there will be mucho gaming too :)
