Clear some space, preferably in a well ventilated area. Place the PC on the floor and gather stones to place around it. Next, you're gonna need some lighter fluid, new car smell incense, 3 ritual dancers from the Achumawi tribe, and a longbow. I'll let your imagination take it from there...

I sincerely doubt someone thats low enough on the bread line would care what they were being given, but if you want to use someones financial difficulties as a window to provide your own amusement knock yourself out.
