that gpu waterblock is my favorite part on this build now.

 

that spider web effect is really cool. what are you using to paint with, spray cans with like a net or something over the blue?

well for the fans, you could go for corsair SP120 (which you could paint the rings) or I think corair makes some SP120 fans with LEDs (so for you purple ones) :D

Starting on the assembly,and junior modder created some nice letters :)

What a great build!  :) I'm glad someone does this type of thing with their kids, I always think its better for younger kids to embrace technology rather than criticise its use. And what a better way to do that than to customer build your child a PC, keep up the great work and I cannot wait to see the finished project!

I really apprichiate mine sometimes :)

 

I've got those sparks in my eyes even with glasses on. (working with edge/power grinder almost daily) No fun getting them out. So yeah, be careful everyone!

yeah no kidding, but you never hare happier to use them until after the time when you tried to repair the exhaust on your car and gota billion tiny bits in your eye.

i ended up going to the doctor for it...

here a little Update on The project,already made the cutouts for the gpu´s and IO panel.

Hey everyone,and a HAPPY NEW YEAR.

 

no i have not given up on the project for those of you wondering,but since i have a real daytime job i was quite busy over the hollyday season.

But we are back with the Project.and eager to get some new ideas into the build and play around with some different stuff and materials.

 

Well Today we just test fitted some fans to see where it goes from here,how to fit the powersupply and soforth.

trying to put the cabinet togetheher this week so we can go from there .

we quickly realised that the screw jut had to go ,so we start to drill holes just so the head of the screws falls into the wood and doesn´t stand out.

 

also might have a surprise next week so stay tuned for that.
