 I can't remember me or someone else being like that to the older ones, when we were around that age. What has happened with humanity? Some of them are even asshole to the teachers.

In the Bus from school today, there was this 6th grader behind me always putting his feet up, next to my head which is rude and disgusting. When I asked him to please not do that, he and the guys next to him just laugh. The Problem is, if I would hit him to make him stop, I would be the asshole. I don't know what to do than to tell him to stop. 

 

I am 18. So I have to take full consequences for my actions.

But sometimes tough love goes a long way. If he continues to do that you can punch him, tell his parents that he is misbehaving, that he puts his feet on chairs next to your head but when you told him to put it down he wont do it. you can always explain it to their parents at some way. when they ask in the end "But why did you hit him" just reply what i just said: Sometimes a little tough love goes a long way.
