How do I get rid of compressed files that say I, the owner of the computer don't have permission to change MY computer

I have 3 downlaoded items and I can't get them off of my computer because it says I don't have the permission to unzip and delete these files. I should be able to have control over my computer and now I need permission to access my computer?

Right click, select Properties, and go to the Security tab in the new window. Click the "Change" button next to Owner and set it to your own user account. This should give you permission to delete the folders and all files within.

Alternatively, there's this handy dandy regedit that adds a "take ownership" option to the right click context menu (or the "legacy" version if you're on Windows 11). I install it on all my shit and even have it installed on a PC at work because it comes in handy so damn often.
