I mean, if that's something on your priority list, as long as you don't look like a rapist or rampant neckbeard, you can probably do it to a stranger and then play it off that you thought it was someone else.

I'm 115kg and I'm 15 years old.  But I'm so tall no one thinks I weigh what I weigh.  Maybe I should get a personal trainer too...  :/

Congrats on the loss. I wish i had the motivation to lose weight. I'm not fat since i don't really eat much and what i do east is rather healthy, but the alcohol i consume stops me from losing weight.

How many kms do you jog?

no idea

with the treadmill i set the incline at its maximum (15)

and set speed at 5  and do that for 45 min

 

recently i started doing 2 min fast walk 1 min RUN  for 45 minutes

 

but i do that after weight lifting

well my legs and ass hurt for a few days and its bit annoying when trying to sleep

That's why you do it more often to get used to it. After I think the first two days I could walk up and down flights of stairs without hurting too much.
