That's why you do it more often to get used to it. After I think the first two days I could walk up and down flights of stairs without hurting too much.

pain has gotten a lot less painful

but leg DOMS are the worst when compared to everything else

It's always a good thing to lose some weight, i'm much more slim and taller than you and I still aim to cap at 150 lbs being 6'1 in total height.

can't wait to move out of my parents house after I'm done with school so I can set up a walking desk like Linus Torvalds and lose some weight myself.

 

 

Congrats on the loss. I wish i had the motivation to lose weight. I'm not fat since i don't really eat much and what i do east is rather healthy, but the alcohol i consume stops me from losing weight.

And now I will forever see you as a drunken big bird posting on the forums lol

no idea

with the treadmill i set the incline at its maximum (15)

and set speed at 5  and do that for 45 min

 

recently i started doing 2 min fast walk 1 min RUN  for 45 minutes

 

but i do that after weight lifting 

You run continuously for 45 mins???? WOW!

at speed : 5

its more like a really fast walk but because its at high incline its really hard

Oh so its brisk walking!! You should start jogging 2 kms at a stretch say 15 mins at your pace
