Doesn’t surprise me, I used to live in park forest and worked in Frankfort, that whole area is a nightmare of dumb drivers

why that many people were on vollmer to begin with baffles me more than their desire to crash into eachother

Yeah Vollmer between like Flossmoor and Orland 'be wildin' as the kids say.

I like Steam Sales a lot:

Severed Steel looks like a fun new FPS Indie Game which I've just found out about.

You can take a look at all of the Tech that I own and have owned over the years in my About Me section and on my Profile.

I'm Swiss and my Mother language is Swiss German of course, I speak the Aargauer dialect. If you want to watch a great video about Swiss German which explains the language and outlines the Basics, then click here.

If I could just play Videogames and consume Cool Content all day long for the rest of my life, then that would be sick.

Got a pair of the Sony WF-1000XM5 earbuds.  Just showed up today so don't have a longterm report yet but the 1.5hr I spent listening to them this afternoon they sound fairly good.  I'm used to my oldschool wired headphones so it may take some time to get used to the limited audio from an earbud. My first time with a bluetooth headset also so still learning the ins and outs of setup and actually using them.

This is called a Sensecap T1000, a GPS tracker that has temperature and a lux sensor inside it communicates over LoRaWAN using the helium network.

I backed it during the kickstart and this is what I got, works well.

Heavy curtains and plastic wrap the windows will make a MASSIVE difference too. The shrink wrap is kind of a pain in the ass but worth it.

I even go a step further and use magnets to hold the curtains around the window right to the wall to keep convection down. 👍

I needed a light, on the go option for Google docs and such while dealing with clients. My gaming laptop was just too much. So I got this.

So far, I'm liking it, I'm considering doing a review but I'm not sure

Elgato Wave Panels, to do something about the annoying echo and reverb in my room. Used the tesa strips to apply it to both the Door and the Wall. Watched the LTT Video on them again and a couple other Videos and they seem badass af:

I like the simple yet genius Design of them:

It's cool that it's Tool-less and extremely easy to put together. If I like them and they work for me as well then I'll buy another pack if not more.

Bought this so that I have an easy to use & Toolless docking Station for internal Storage devices. I'm sure the cloning feature will come in handy one day as well. It's also plug & play with no Software required, so just like that it showed up on Pop OS.

Pretty neat:

A BigBig Won 100pro to connect my dualsense to any console I like. This is actually very handy to have and was cheaper (17€) than buying a new ps4 controller (50€), since I already had the dualsense.

Got a used ps4 to finally play Bloodborne, but it came without a controller.

Man you would not believe what I threw out at work a few weeks ago, I had dozens and dozens of those lying around, including their affiliated radios.

this was earlier today, got Aesop rocks innovative tech solutions on cd and cassette

IMG_0614.thumb.jpeg.f5f1fefed81e3750ec858f6e9297557a.jpeg

the cool part is this album isn’t actually out yet, it doesn’t release until tomorrow, so I got to listen to it early (and rip the cd and give my coworker flacs)
