Rate the Photo Above you

9/10

Shutter speed is fast enough to just about freeze the car. I wish the aperture would have been a stop or two higher to get the entire car in focus, but I can see why you had to keep it down Autofocus did an awesome job of capturing something almost directly at it.

Since some potato head didn't rate mine. RETOAST!

-Photo of boy in orange-

10/10

Pro's:

Great coloring

Good focus and clarity

Depth of Field and Bokkeh are great.

Framing seems good for a little guy. (I've never thought how best to frame a smaller person...)

Cons:

The yellow and orange are annoying. :D

Bottom Line:

If he were my child, I would have this framed and pay you for the photo.

Questions:

What camera/Lens did you use?

Here's another one of mine:

I was paid to do that work actually. That was one of the photos from my little cousins first communion photo shoot that I did.

As for gear I used the Nikon D5300 with a 18-140 for that picture.

EXIF:

F/6.3

1/125

ISO 100

Shot at 140mm

Liked: (Pros)

The B&W it really works in this photo.

It is so clear love it!

The framing. (Its just about perfect)

Disliked: (Cons)

I wish there was just a touch more bokkeh as the guy in the background on the left side is kinda distracting (Maybe blur that guy a bit in Photoshop)

I find the armrest on the chair right at the very bottom distracting.

Overall:

This is a fantastic I am looking foreword to seeing more of your photos on this topic!! :D

Now, for a car that isn't moving. Shocker, I know.

Wow, that car posed alright :P

Good location and time of day. Where did you shoot this?

Right side of the car is sliiiiiiiiiiiiiiightly out of focus, but oh well. 9/10.

Had to dig through my pictures to find something just because I wanted to rate the one above :D

9/10 Great shot but can't be bothered to wash it?

Slightly more colordepth would had made it perfect.

Selfie with Nikon D3000 on delay timer.

Bye LTT. That was an interesting journey on this board. At least here you see how not to do it. I'll go shaking my head about this place.

Now, this is a real selfie!

8/10

Pros:

Composition

Color

Cons:

Brightness

I'd say a dose of lightroom would do wonders on that portrait. I found myself squinting too much when looking at your face, because I'm expecting to have a tad more brightness. Is that the kit lens?

Here's one I snapped this afternoon. i would appreciate any comments on if the subject is in focus or not, I'm trying a new lens and think it may need to be swapped...
