So these people can stop hackers by mashing random keys and they can make a crappy surveilance camera picture look like something that was shot with a DSLR... And they can also type code and other stuff at 9000wpm or so... Ok...

Just unplug the ethernet cable or shut the computer off. (Not that you would really get hacked that way. Unless maybe someone was somehow accessing your files through remote desktop?)
