Computer randomly crashing or restarting

My gf's computer has had this problem for a while now, it just restarts, or shuts down and starts booting but gets stuck and then she has to manualy turn it off and on.

In the event viewer you could find WHEA critical error indicating that there is a problem with the hardware but i've checked the following:

  • PSU was whining and was really bad (F tier) so i changed it for a B tier one, it is new and didn't fix the problem

  • Multiple stress tests failed to reproduce the same outcome, pc did not crash

  • I ran a memtest to check her RAM but after 4 hours it found no errors

  • Used some programs to check SSD and also found no errors

  • Checked the PC for viruses but also found none

  • Turned on logs in HWInfo and found nothing odd when the PC crashed

  • Lastly we did clean install of Windows and that worked for about a month and now it has happened again

This time there is not WHEA critical error in the event viewer only "Microsoft-Windows-Kernel-Power" caused by a long button press to turn off the computer after it got stuck booting up.

Any help is highly appreciated.

Have you tried resetting the CMOS / resetting BIOS to factory defaults?

Yes, when i did the windows reinstall she wanted to try win 11 so in order for it and valorant to work, i had to enable some stuff in BIOS which bricked the gpu because there exists a dumb problem with it so it only works with integrated gpu when you change CSM and Secure Boot so in order to revert that i had to clear CMOS and it has worked for a month.

I see, that rules bad BIOS settings out

Both CPU and GPU. I've ran 3DMark, PCMark and PC Doctor's stress test

No i have not, but i doubt that's the problem since she owns that computer since ~2020, with the same bios version the MB originally came with.

Hmm, so both of them seem fine

I see

Only thing that's really left is the storage? Do you have any spare drives to temporarily use to see if the problem goes?

Unfortunately no, she is planning to buy nvme but she posponed that purchase. But i've tried HD Sentinel and Crystal Disk Info and haven't found any errors. Also the crash happens at random for example when she's gaming or watching something online like netflix and such. It has never happend when there is any extensive writing on the disk or reading. For example when downloading or updating any games or such.
