You don't just become a mod. You can't simply apply and hope to get the job. It's entirely unpaid. There's no "job" here. It's volunteer work.

You need to be chosen to become a mod by the Gods.

Basically : be active, be insightful, don't spam, respect the forum's CS... and maybe in 10 years they will consider you as a potential candidate to work as a slave for the good of the forum.

I head they only activate when you push them up your nose by the bridge and the lenses light up.
