In case you dont know, you get what you pay for...

Seiki is like the cheapest 4k tv brand. Pretty bad colours and contrast ratio, little settings, and cheap build quality.

I would much rather buy a $2500 Samsung 4k tv

Found this on Amazon!!!!!

EDIT: Just found out the 4K is only 30Hz refresh rate still a cheap 4K monitor though

That's because that's the single worst TV on the planet. I sell that TV @ the store. Well, the 50" version. It's next to a cheap non-4K Sharp to the left, and the lowest-tier Samsung (UN50EH6003) and both of those blow the Seiki away.

If I was to ever give the best advice.. It would be to stay away from this like the plague. I guarantee you, a good 1080p TV has 50x better picture than this "4K".

If I was offered this "4K" TV for $100, I would laugh at them and say "I want a product that looks better when it's turned On, not Off. Thanks though!"

Come to think of it.. I might actually say Yes to that question above... It's been a while since I've made an "Office Space My Tech" series on YouTube. Hmmm.

Wouldn't 1080p on a 4k monitor look like complete stretched out butt?

Maybe it's my monitor, then. Whenever I change the screen res from 1920x1200 to 1920x1080, a small difference, things look weird to me. Never seen a 4K display running a much lower than native res to know how it'd look. S:

Thats probably because the aspect ratio from 1920x1200 and 1920x1080 is different. 4k to 1080p is the same aspect ratio so it should scale just fine

That TV was for 349.99 for awhile, read a bunch of reviews all saying that its good for the money but it makes a high pitched noise and has bad color clarity. Plus its only 30hz on 4k

(sneezes) "Sorry I'm allergic to bullshit"
