I type with like 4 or 5 fingers and only look down when I start typing to see where my hands are.

I use all ten and don't look down that often.

Someone told Luke and Linus at CES 2017 to "Unban the legend known as Jerakl" and that's about all I've got going for me. (It didn't work)

No, I'm 13, get 101 WPM, and use 10 fingers.

use all my fingers and thumbs and only look down if I am spelling something that I don't usually type or has a weird spelling. years of PC gaming and the "WPM class / part of the PC class" in grade school knocked me out of that habit even though I only had it for a few years in the first place.

ahaha that was not my intention. I just mean that my right hand isn't following the proper 'home row' typing position.

You guys who type with 10 fingers must have one extra finger on each hand.

I have to look at the keyboard and use mainly my two fingers but Sometimes I will use other fingers to get the letters if my two fingers are to far away. ie: my pointers pressed most the keys while typing this but my pinky was pressing caps lock and index was pressing the A key.

I can nearly type solely with my left hand. i usualy get my "i" and "o" mixed up and this method is slow than two fingers but I think it would be cool to get good at and just walk over to someone computer and just type something out with one hand really quick and be a total BA.

- typed with two hands.

I primarily use 4 fingers: both index fingers and both middle fingers. I believe my WPM is 70. I dunno, I haven't checked in a while.

I do have my keyboard memorized for the most part, but for me to type fast, I do have to briefly look at my keyboard for a split second.

I type with just two fingers. Never been able to type with all 10 very well for unknown reasons. I have a wpm of around 85 to 90 with just the two fingers though. With all 10 fingers for me, my wpm is around 20 or so.

I been trying to force myself to type with all fingers, but I am muchmuch faster right now with basically just index and middle finger. That's just how I'm used to typing is all so that's what works.

Get some blank or barely read able caps can just man you way though. I basically half touchtyped until recently anf the main reason I half looked was out of habbit. I have never however only used two fingers but I still dont type "proper" but I dont consider that an issue. I still fall back into habbitnif I have keycaps that have really easy to read legends since I used my pririfery.

Two~four, sometimes additional fingers like pinkies for shift, delete etc  I am the original hunt (not so much hunting these days as I have the keyboard memorised) and peck typer.

I have tried a few times to learn to touch type but usually give up after ten mins/quarter of an hour never typed that much that it has ever been a problem mind you I am quite fast with just the two fingers
