There not very loud at all

That's subjective as what would be loud to one person might not be loud to another, that being said more fans will always be louder especially under load. That combined with the fact that the Windforce cooler doesn't perform any better than most decent two fan coolers makes the Windforce a poor option unless you like the cheap look of it.

R9 280x do perform (most if the time) better because of the 3 gb of video memory And because of the wider memory bus.

I don't like the look of gigabyte's card either, and I am really not here for a loud card.

The 4 gb on gtx 760 do not deliver they can only use about 2.8 gb if the ram because of the memory bus.

For the money you would spend on a 4GB 760 you could get a 770, while it would only be a 2GB card it would be better than a 4GB 760. You could also wait for the 8xx series but if you're impatient and want to get one now I would get a 770, the only time the extra VRAM comes into play is when it's needed. Having 3GB doesn't make a GPU perform faster than a 2GB card when only 1-2GB are required for a game, it's only when more than 2GB is required that the performance drops although it would only result in a reduced framerate but it won't tank to 0.

460's are ok i guess, but they are not old enough to have any special value, id say 200 series and older for that. (love the old designs, 460's looks just like my old 560ti sli setup)

If you want something new, i went with 770 sli but heck, even one of those cards will do the job if money is a concern.

If you want something special, i'd find an old card with a one of a kind cooler, some special edition even.

A mate of mine picked up two 8800 ultras dirt cheap and although they werent efficient, they could still push out some frames in style. Very wicked cards. Just too expensive at the time haha.

Does the case have enough support between the case feets?

Yeah, it's fractal...

Is it a bad Idea?

I guess it don't think it wouldn't work but you couldn't use the bottom fans for PSU and other fan (kinda obvious).

sounds good to me too if you have the cash to work with.  all three of those options enable multi-GPU configs for
future upgrades.  760 is a big upgrade over the 750ti - you nearly double the cuda cores. r9 280 is a real value too.

I've got plans to SLI the 760, as I will explain later in this post, but I'll end up doing that after I spend
all my money on new peripherals.

I meant to say this

Watchdogs.

That is all.

760 4GB was on sale.

Subbed for respecting any watercooled R4 :D

Although not yet, I have plans.

Will take at least 6+ months to get enough money for Watercooling (After I finish with my periphirals?),
but I would try for something full of fittings with acrylic, as I love the look of sharp turns.
