oh yeah, i also started Watching Eyeshield 21, i wanted to know whats the big fuzz over the shark faced blondy.

He Seems to be another "bad boy" type like Vegeta.

Eyeshield was pretty cool, it has some pretty good feels moments here and there but does get corny sometimes. 

I've been stuck on 130/145 for months now, dunno why.

 

Pretty indifferent about the Evil Blondie though.

... That comment made me realize that the type of sorrow felt is the same in both. A "they deserved a better life" kind of sad.

Ok, maybe it won't make you cry, but you will enjoy it.

At least make it through episode 3. Though Episode 4 is where things really get moving, IIRC.

Aishiteruze Baby was similar story, but not as good imo. Still enjoyed it though.

True, but then Tokyo Godfathers made me more misty-eyed than Angel Beats. So if you're more like me, then I agree that Kaiba is more likely to get to you.

 

Shit got somewhat weird in Usagi's Drop manga.

I paid attention during the manga (and anime) and it got weird, but it didn't really come out of left field. It was just the mangaka going in a direction that people didn't expect, and that wasn't easy to accept compared to the soft-hearted start of the manga (but it actually was set up fairly slyly).

Gintama is more traditional art-wise, with simple character designs. It's a comedy, and has many many episodes, after all.

thats why, and propably because its a movie. i think movies tend to have more time and better budget than series.
