Dry Ice [Watercooled Define R4/White Merlin SM8/H440 (Never Ending)]

Yeah, not entirely though. Maybe sections or something.

I did this in my first ever computer build almost 2yrs ago. Could do something like it. Without the blue

Update:

An unexpected turn of events! I kind of "came to my senses" about the motherboard swap and Devil's Canyon upgrade, so instead of using my eBay money to get that I followed me dreams and got a Merlin SM8 from CaseLabs. I got the case in white and will be picking it up in LA in 5-10 days. It'll fit my color scheme really well, and after it I'll be waiting for Broadwell, so this build log is not ending any time soon or ever because since I got 31 of you here I'll just change the title and be on my way.

What I'll be doing:

I got the case with-

1 x Caster Kit

1 x 120.3 Flex-Bay Radiator Mount
(Color: Black (1-3 business days for processing))
1 x Merlin SM8 Case
(Case Color: White 5-10 business days for processing ($25.00), Orientation: Standard, MB Door Style: XL Window - Clear ($15.00), Cable Side Door: Solid, Top Cover: Ventilated (Std), Top Chassis Mount: 120.4 Radiator Mount, Bottom Chassis Mount: 120.4 Radiator Mount, PCI Backplate: Hex Mesh, Power and Reset Switch: Standard Power/Reset Switches with Sleeved Cables , I/O Panel: USB 2.0/Firewire/Audio ($20.00), Flex-Bay Covers: Ventilated ($10.00))

If you wanted to know. I had a 480 rad, a 360 rad, and a 240 that I may use in the house, so that's what I'll be putting in. A 480 in the top, a 360 in the front, and maybe the 240 or another 360 in the bottom if it doesn't look meh (I also don't have enough fans so likely not). In preparation, I started painting fan rings (I bought two more SP120s for the top rad), the Scythe GTs will stay the same and will be on the front 360 because you won't see them. I also realized that my cables are too short for it, so I'll see what to do about that. I might make a slightly cleaner/long midplate, but I'll have to see what it looks like without the effort. I will also be doing some kind of painting or taping on my motherboard to hide the silver/blue I/O. Finally, if I ever figure out how to use Blender I'll make a render of the Merlin PC, but not likely lol.

Here are some (maybe) final pictures of my R4 which will be the case for the family PC I will make sometime, I took them outside for the light:

Update:

Not much again, I only painted some rad stop plugs, they look really nice, but I think I'm going to respray one of them when I do it for the 480 rad. Now I need to get the Merlin, which will hopefully be ready when I go to San Louis Obispo this weekend so I can get it on the way. I'll update when I get it, or something else happens. See you then!

Pictures:

I'm respraying the one on the bottom right, even though it won't be seen.
