Yes. It's more than likely plain glass and shouldn't pose any issues.

Isnt windex just soap and water, maybe some alcohol to dry quicker...

Yes. It's glass. For goodness sake. 

Corps aren't your friends. "Bottleneck calculators" are BS. Only suckers buy based on brand. It's your PC, do what makes you happy.  If your build meets your needs, you don't need anyone else to "rate" it for you. And talking about being part of a "master race" is cringe. Watch this space for further truths people need to hear.

That's just what big glass wants you to think!  

 

Windex is made to clean glass.  Don't use it on plastics though.  (LCDs, and some coated glass, ie:  Windshields in cars)

 

If your side panel has a tint coating?  It may not be the best thing to use, if it's just glass?  It's fine.
