When you're on the Metro Last Light main page from the link above, click on Go To Giveaway. Then scroll down to where the game usually is and you should see 3 dots loading due to heavy traffic. Refresh the page every 10-30 seconds or so and eventually it shows up and you then claim the game and you'll see the pictures I posted and game in your library.

30 minutes ago it started loading but wouldn't finish (thumbnails wouldn't all load and the giveaway banner you have the 3 dots "loading" animation running forever.

 

5 minutes ago it finally loaded, the site is still slow, but I got my copy! Thanks !! :D

Yea, I got that same error when trying to claim the game via my email reminder for it.

Yes, this is what I mentioned. When it's happening, refresh the page every 10-30 seconds and it just eventually works. Took me I think 3-5 refreshes, can't remember. I also made sure to wait 30 seconds between each refresh and on the last try I waited just 10 seconds.

Excellent, glad to hear that. There's just so many people with so many email reminders and so many websites they visit daily to remind them that they're early to the giveaways. Thus, heavy traffic. Later on in the day is usually when the heavy traffic subsides.

I just enjoy claiming free games. I almost never get around to playing any of them because I play entirely too much League of Legends.
