PS2, GameCube, and some Wii games like Super Mario Galaxy 2 for some reason is never in stock locally, Fire Emblem: Path of Radiance and Radiant Dawn, and others. Fable 3 is one on PCs since it disappeared for no reason other than "it's a bad game". I don't care since I want my crude British humor every now and again. Bravely Default's Collector's Edition went out of stock right on the day I wanted to pre-order it, so I missed that and now it's just sold for ridiculous prices. I also miss GameCube controllers being made. Actual manuals in game are kind of missed, but I don't think it's much of an issue since there are in-game manuals and many games have standard or similar control schemes so whatever.

Outside of games, AMD GPUs at a reasonable price. Yes, I place blame on miners, but I do place blame on Nvidia for releasing crappy cards that can't mine well. If it was even, then I don't think it would have been much of a problem. Oh well, at least it's appearing to slowly drop off and making GPUs on both sides not as freaking ridiculous in price - if AMD's cards are OOS and overpriced, then Nvidia has no reason to make price cuts. The other thing is that it's pretty much the gold rush of PCs. Sure, there's some profit, but those who use it as their sole means of making money or placing all their hope on it are really stupid. Doing it as a side thing because you can, then whatever, I don't mine, but as your only income and/or exploiting it to make a quick buck is annoying.

I miss Acura RSX's. They look and are great cars that have decent mileage. I have no idea why Acura/Honda decided to drop the RSX line aside from wanting to be more "economical" or more "luxurious". Well, why can't we have an economic, luxury sports car? I literally missed a chance at getting one too.

I've just noticed the Fiio E10 went out of stock in both Newegg and Amazon (and all the other stores I've checked). Not sure what's going on...

Maybe it'll come back in stock, but I've never seen a product go out of stock in all of the major online stores at once.

I will start with mine: the pointing stick:

Image ( you can always search on google) :http://upload.wikimedia.org/wikipedia/commons/0/0a/Mouse_pointing_stick.jpeg

I didn't mind using it instead of a mouse, furthermore if the ergonomy was good, it was perfectly confortable.

There is a little learning curve, that most non-techies couldnt handle just like they cant handle plugging the Ethernet cable. So it disappeared form the market in favor of the touch pad that I try to replace with a mice like a big deal.

(doing circles with it, faster, bigger, slower was very fast learning. It allowed the brain to establish understanding of the pointing behaviour along with acceleration and all that).

I asked a mod to move this in general forum. Thought I was there

OH I MISS THAT TOO :'( now I'm sad again... hahah

Also I miss Spyro.... the Dragon... I know he's still in Skylanders But it's not the same :(

PROFILEYEAH

What do people even put in these things?

cartridge based console gaming platforms!  The world IMO died a little bit when these stopped being mainstream.  The loading times were and still are stellar, the price for the chips inside has gone down to near the price of optical media now but they refuse to go back to them. So sad.

pontiac cars, especially the grand prix gtp.  Some people think I'm crazy for it but I still think the 1999-2003 grand prix gtp was one of the most awesome all-around cars in the world.

hard drive based MP3 players without huuuuge screens.  Yeah, some may think I'm crazy for this one too, but you could upgrade the capacity, the cost per GB was insanely low, the thing still fit in pockets, the battery life was still better then these huge screened smartphones now, and just... the awesomeness.  How would you like a 1TB MP3 player for $110 with the ability to swap in a larger hdd as they are put into market, which also worked as a usb memory stick to whatever you plugged it into, and was self powered?

simple search engines that don't bog the hell out of the little computers!  and sites that actually work on low bandwidth!  these flash monstrosities are pretty but absolutely ginormous and on something like a netbook or non high end smartphone they chug the cpu and ram and gpu of these things like a sports star chugs gatorade or whatever.  Remember when you could watch videos with dvd quality on a 300mhz pc, even streaming if you had fast enough internet?  Where did those go?

Honestly, all of the good ASUS netbooks, and all of the old hardware.

Don't tablets make netbooks obsolete? They can play so much more games and surf the net better and have access to smartphone apps.
